This policy explains what River City Cabinetry collects when you ask us for a quote or message us, what we do with it, and how to stop hearing from us. River City Cabinetry, formerly River City Cabinets, serves the Treasure Valley in Idaho. Reach us at 208‑559‑5302.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email address and project address you give us, along with anything you tell us about the job and any files you attach, such as plans, measurements or photographs.

When you visit the site we collect ordinary technical information: pages viewed, the browser and device used, and the page that referred you. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To measure, quote, schedule, build, deliver and install your cabinetry, countertops, hoods or flooring, and to answer you when you ask us something. We also use it to meet our record keeping and tax obligations.

Text messages

If you tick a consent box on our form, we may text you at the number you gave us. There are two separate consents and you can give one without the other.

Service messages cover your estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your project. Marketing messages cover offers and promotions. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and we will quote and build for you whether or not you agree to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of one kind of message does not opt you out of the other, and we will always be able to reach you about work already underway.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information, phone number or text messaging consent is shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt‑in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Who else sees your information

Only the suppliers we need to run the business, and only so they can do their part: our customer management and messaging platform, our website host, our email provider, and the manufacturers and carriers who build and deliver your order. They may process your information only on our instructions, and may not use it for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for two years. Records of completed work are kept for seven years, because the warranty, tax and accounting rules require it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we must keep it for the reasons above. Call 208‑559‑5302 or reply to any message from us. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link.

Children

Our services are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
