Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website and the quotes and messages that follow from it. They are not the contract for your cabinetry, which is the written quote and order you sign. Where the two differ, the signed order governs.

What we do

River City Cabinetry supplies and installs kitchen and bathroom cabinets, solid surface countertops, custom kitchen hoods and LVP flooring across the Treasure Valley in Idaho. We can deliver cabinets for your own installer, or measure, build, deliver and fit the whole room.

Quotes and estimates

Anything shown on this site is an invitation to ask for a quote, not an offer. A price becomes binding only when it is given in writing after we have measured, and when you accept it in writing.

We aim to return a drawing and a fixed price within 24 to 48 hours of the measure. A quote we have issued holds for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Lead times

Stock cabinets are typically installed 19 to 25 working days after the measure, which is four to five weeks on a calendar. Custom work typically runs 6 to 8 weeks. These are estimates based on our normal run rate, not guarantees, and they depend on the site being ready for us and on our suppliers. We will tell you as soon as we know if a date is going to move.

Price matching

Where we offer to come in under a written quote from another shop, the comparison is for the same boxes, the same finishes and the same lead time, and we need to see the written quote.

Warranty

Work we install carries a one year warranty from the date of delivery, to the original purchaser, in residential use. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are set out in the warranty section of this site and are part of these terms.

Communications

By giving us your phone number and email you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and your project. Marketing messages require a separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time. How we handle your information, and how to opt out, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Plans, measurements and photographs you send us remain yours. You give us permission to use them to quote and build your job. We will not publish photographs of your home without asking you first.

The website

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but finishes, specifications and availability change, and colour on a screen is not a reliable match for a finish in a room. Ask for a sample before you decide. Photographs show work we have done; your room will differ.

The content of this site belongs to River City Cabinetry and may not be copied for commercial use.

Limits

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability arising from the use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Idaho, and the courts of Idaho have jurisdiction.
